At the Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village you can visit our Western Canadian frontier circa 1890. With sixteen heritage cabins and two museum buildings filled with intriguing artifacts from the pioneer past, visitors can step back in time to explore a local chapter of Canadian history. Throughout the year, the Pincher Creek and District Historical Society hosts a variety of family orientated events. As well, the museum works in partnership with local schools to provide a unique setting for students to participate in a week long pioneer experience. Our Summer Interpretive Programs are always popular with our visitors. To visit our site, click on the image below.
